Job Description:
A company is looking for a remote WordPress Support Wizard to
provide customer support for Gravity Forms add-ons.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with bugs, theme/plugin conflicts, and inquiries
about Gravity Forms features
Provide minor customizations and tweaks to enhance product
functionality for customers
Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and
services
Required Qualifications
Proficient with WordPress and competent in HTML, CSS, JS, and
PHP
Experience with WordPress hooks and filters
Gravity Forms experience is preferred but not required
Eagerness to learn and master the company's products
Ability to work flexible hours within the primary coverage window
of 9am to 5pm ET
