Associate - Accounts PayableBusiness Overview: Join Corporate

sound decision-making. You'll work collaboratively to ensure data
accuracy, implement robust controls, and safeguard policy owner

a secure future for generations to come.What You'll Do:
- Performing peer quality review of vendor creation and change
activity performed by co-sourcing team to ensure accuracy and
compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Processing accounting entries in SAP for vendor related
payments processed in Treasury.
- Daily distribution of vendor checks.
- Handling check cancellation and reissue requests.
- Assisting in B-Notice review process and 1099MISC and 1042S
reporting to IRS.
- Handling payment status inquiries and acting as a liaison
between co-sourcing team and stakeholders for any compliance
related issues.
- Interacting with internal stakeholders and outside vendors and
providing guidance on procurement systems used and processes
performed in the area.What You'll Bring:
- 2 plus years of similar experience in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Good oral and communication skills.Pay TransparencySalary
Range: $62,400-$75,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base
salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited
to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job
location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual
discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also
